The series is dedicated to the European capitals (Belgrade, Berlin, Bratislava, Budapest, Bucharest, Warsaw, Vienna, Kyiv, Chisinau, Minsk, Prague, Riga, Tallinn and Vilnius) liberated by Soviet troops during WWII.
On July 3, 1944, the Soviet troops during the Minsk Offensive liberated the capital of Belarus from the German forces.
