The pattern on round planchet in nickel, where actual issues of 10 fils of this period are stainless-steel on scalloped planchets. This particular coin is considered one of the scarcest in both the Kingdom and the Republic of Iraq. It is so rare that no examples can be found on CoinArchives, and it was not documented by Krause Publications in the early 2000s.
