Description

The Queen of Sheba, mentioned in the Hebrew Bible, originally brings valuable gifts to King Solomon. This narrative has evolved through Jewish, Islamic, Yemenite, and Ethiopian elaborations, forming extensive legends in Asia and Africa. Modern historians associate Sheba with the South Arabian kingdom of Saba in present-day Yemen and Ethiopia, although the queen's existence is debated.

For women, the Muslim religious dress varies, and various cultures include hijab, burqa, chador, niqab, dupatta, or other types of hijab, while others reject all of these dress codes. The religion prescribes modest behaviour or dress in general.
