Description

The Qatar Central Bank serves as Qatar's central bank. Established in 1973 as the Qatar Monetary Agency, it has collaborated with larger central banks, notably the Monetary Authority of Singapore, to ensure the stability of the country's currency.

Depicts a majestic Arabian horse standing on its hind legs, rearing up in an impressive display of strength and grace. The horse's front legs are raised high above the denomination "5" in Arabic and in English letters below. The date above in Arabic and English numerals.
