The Alpine longhorn beetle (Rosalia alpina) is a small, striped insect in the order Coleoptera and the family Cerambycidae. It inhabits European mountain ranges, particularly the Alps and the Carpathians. Known for its shiny greenish-black body and long antennae, it is a distinctive presence in nature. Unfortunately, its population has significantly declined, making it endangered or critically endangered in many areas. As a protected species, various conservation measures have been implemented to preserve the Rosalia alpina.
