The series is dedicated to the European capitals (Belgrade, Berlin, Bratislava, Budapest, Bucharest, Warsaw, Vienna, Kyiv, Chișinău, Minsk, Prague, Riga, Tallinn and Vilnius) liberated by Soviet troops during WWII.

On April 4, 1945, the Soviet troops during the Bratislava offensive liberated the capital of Slovakia from the German forces.

Depicts fragments of the memorial complex "Slavin", dedicated to the Soviet soldiers who died during the liberation of Bratislava from the German forces, on the background of contour images of Bratislava’s architectural buildings, below the date of the city's liberation: "APRIL 4, 1945", above along the rim the city's name: BRATISLAVA.
