The series is dedicated to the European capitals (Belgrade, Berlin, Bratislava, Budapest, Bucharest, Warsaw, Vienna, Kyiv, Chișinău, Minsk, Prague, Riga, Tallinn and Vilnius) liberated by Soviet troops during WWII.

On February 13, 1945, the Soviet troops during the Budapest Offensive liberated the capital of Hungary from the German forces.

Depicts the Monument to the Soviet soldiers-liberators, erected on the Freedom square in Budapest, on the background of contour images of Budapest’s architectural buildings, below the date of the city's liberation: "FEBRUARY 13, 1945", above along the rim the city's name: BUDAPEST.
