Released by the Royal Mint as a part of the annual silver Proof coin sets.
The reverse design of the 6 coins (1 Penny, 2, 5, 10, 20 and 50 Pence) depicts a part of the Royal Shield of Arms and forms the whole shield when they are placed together in the appropriate arrangement. The exception, the one-pound coin, depicts the entire shield of arms on the reverse.
