Description

Henri (born 16 April 1955) is the Grand Duke of Luxembourg, reigning since 7 October 2000. He is the eldest son of Grand Duke Jean and Princess Joséphine Charlotte of Belgium, and a first cousin of the current King of the Belgians, Philippe.

Obverse

In the classical style and signed with the engraver's initials 'GC', the effigy of His Royal Highness the
Grand Duke Henri, in profile facing to the right, is surrounded above by the 12 stars and below by the word Luxembourg and the date, between the two mint marks.
