Scorpio is the eighth astrological sign in the Zodiac, covering the 210–240th degree of the Zodiac, or 207.25 to 234.75 degrees of celestial longitude. In the tropical Zodiac, the sun transits Scorpio from October 23 to November 22, while in the sidereal Zodiac, it transits from about November 16 to December 15. Individuals born under this sign may be referred to as Scorpios or Scorpions, depending on the Zodiac system used. Scorpio is one of the three water signs, along with Cancer and Pisces.
