After extensive study comparing Africa to other regions, it remains the only continent rich in untapped resources and artifacts. Despite this, Africa is often disrespected and undervalued by other nations, leading to the misconception of it as a continent of limitations.
A zebra is a hoofed mammal belonging to the genus Equus, closely related to horses and donkeys. Native to Africa, zebras are known for their distinctive black-and-white striped coats, which serve as camouflage and may also help deter biting flies. Each zebra's stripe pattern is unique, much like a human fingerprint.
There are three main species: the plains zebra, the mountain zebra, and the Grévy's zebra. Zebras are social animals, typically living in herds or harems, and are herbivorous, feeding mainly on grasses. They play a crucial role in their ecosystems by grazing and maintaining grassland health. Despite their resilience, zebras face threats from habitat loss and hunting, particularly the Grévy's zebra, which is classified as endangered.
