Depicts the inscriptions along the circumference BANK OF RUSSIA at the top and date at the bottom. There are images of branches of the bay tree and oak tree on the left and on the right of the outer ring, respectively, their elements extending onto the disc. The number ‘10’ and the inscription RUBLES below denoting the face value of the coin are in the centre of the disc. The digit ‘0’ features a security element inside in the form of the figure ‘10’ and the inscription RUB visible at various viewing angles to the coin surface. The Saint Petersburg Mint trademark is at the bottom of the disc.

On the disc the Eternal Flame in the form of a five-pointed star in the framework of a ribbon imaging the figure 60, at the bottom the dates 1941-1945. On the ring the inscription along the rim NO ONE IS FORGOTTEN, NOTHING IS FORGOTTEN, at the bottom – the picture of a laure twig.

'No one is forgotten, nothing is forgotten' are the words of poet Olga Berggolts carved on a granite wall located behind Piskaryovskoye Memorial Cemetery in Saint Petersburg, on the Avenue of the Unvanquished, dedicated mostly to the victims of the Siege of Leningrad.

Here are citydwellers - men, women, and children
And next to them, Red Army soldiers.
They defended you, Leningrad,
The cradle of the Revolution
With all their lives.
We cannot list their noble names here,
There are so many of them under the eternal protection of granite.
But know this, those who regard these stones:
