Description

In 2012 Mint of Finland minted a Quality and Tolerance 20 EUR silver commemorative coin as a part of the Ethical Collector Coins series.

The Commemorative Coin Committee appointed by the Ministry of Finance invited art schools from all over Finland to participate in the design competition. A total of 32 drawings from five different educational institutions entered the contest. The winner Katri Piri, was a student at the University of Applied Sciences in Lahti.

Previously issued coins in the Ethical Collector Coins series are Peace and Security (2009), Children and Creativity (2010) and Protecting the Baltic Sea (2011).

Obverse
