The Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara was a wedding present in 1947 from her grandmother, Queen Mary, who received it as a gift from the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland in 1893 on the occasion of her marriage to the Duke of York, later George V. Made by E. Wolfe & Co., it was purchased from Garrard & Co. by a committee organised by Lady Eve Greville. In 1914, Mary adapted the tiara to take 13 diamonds in place of the large oriental pearls surmounting the tiara. At first, Elizabeth wore the tiara without its base and pearls but the base was reattached in 1969. The Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara is one of Elizabeth's most recognisable pieces of jewellery due to its widespread use on British banknotes and coinage.

Depicts the image of a Cyberman designed by Neil Gaiman. The reverse is the Cyberman shining brightly against a green and dark red galaxy giving the Cyberman a sense of marching through space and time.

Surrounding the Cyberman and coloured background is a fine border with "DOCTOR WHO" inscribed below. Inscribed to the left is "1/2 OZ 999 FINE SILVER".

The Cybermen, featured in the British show Doctor Who, are a race of space-faring cyborgs. They forcibly convert humans and similar species into Cybermen, stripping them of emotions and personalities. Created by Kit Pedler and Gerry Davis, they first appeared in the 1966 serial "The Tenth Planet."

The Cybermen have undergone various design changes and origin stories in Doctor Who's history. Originally, they were humans from the planet Mondas who turned into cyborgs for survival. Later, parallel universes and different origins were explored in episodes, audio dramas, novels, and comics. In the 2017 episode "The Doctor Falls," their diverse origins were explained as parallel evolution driven by the pursuit of self-upgrade through technology, reconciling continuity differences.
