The dyeing poison dart frog (Dendrobates tinctorius), also called the cobalt poison frog, or "tinc" by dart frog enthusiasts, is a species of poison dart frog known for its wide variety of colors. It is one of the largest species of poison dart frogs, typically growing to around 50 mm (2.0 in) in length. This species is found in the eastern Guiana Shield, spanning regions of French Guiana, Guyana, Suriname, and Brazil.
